As refreshing as a dip in the Gulf on a hot day, Jade East 1720 reflects the cool comfort of the beach below. It’s upgraded decor continually exceeds guests expectations thanks to high-end details like white shiplap walls, modern glass tile in the renovated kitchen and bathrooms and driftwood furnishings. Plus, once you consider the fully outfitted kitchen with a stone waterfall counter and stainless steel appliances; and the eye catching ocean art 1720 becomes a convenient and peaceful oasis.

Thoughtfully architected, the three bedrooms of this Destin beach condo are laid out so that no one room is next to another affording guests real privacy. In fact, the primary suite boasts breathtaking beach views, a sitting area and a luxury bathroom with a huge walk in shower. Additionally, the furnished beachfront balcony offers a community space to reconnect and enjoy Destin’s sunsets.

However proximity is important when it comes to beach access and entertainment options, another area where 1720 is picture perfect. Deeded beach access, pool access, a fitness center, barbecue decks and tennis courts are just an elevator ride away. Additionally, right outside Jade East’s gates are countless restaurants, Big Kahuna’s Waterpark and beach shops.

We may require a minimum length of stay during the summer and over holidays.
We do not rent to anyone under 25 or to students. We require 1 parent for every 2 people under 25.

Guests receive a welcome kit with small dishwasher detergent, dish soap, sponge, a roll of paper towels, and laundry detergent. There will be an initial trash liner in each receptacle and a set of toilet paper and soaps for each bathroom provided. Guests will need to replenish supplies for longer stays.

In addition to our welcome kit, we also supply basic cooking essentials like salt, pepper, and oil.

Beautiful condo with amazing views

This condo was every bit as nice as it looks online. We had everything we needed. Trey and his beach service was better than I’ve ever experienced. Our only complaint over the weekend was the back bedroom shower was very difficult to get hot water. After many jiggles and a phone call to Kelly, we could get warm but never hot. It was also sometimes hard to remember all the door combinations but at the end of the day it’s a nice feature to never need a key or card. Overall we had an amazing time and will definitely be back!!!

Family vacation

. The two spare bedrooms could use some black out curtains. The blinds do not keep out the light. It was hard for my grand baby to sleep with it being so much light coming in 24/7. The frying pans are trouble to cook in. Kitchen table takes up a lot of room same with the table on the balcony.
