This vibrant 3 story condo will comfortably accommodate 7 with 3 bedrooms and 3.5 bathrooms. The bottom level houses 2 guest bedrooms with full bathrooms, the 2nd level is the main living area with a lively, yet lovely, living room, half bath and an updated kitchen equipped with everything you might need for a chef inspired dinner or just a quick snack. Also on the main level is a full-size washer and dryer, for your convenience. Located on the 3rd level is the private, spacious Primary Bedroom and bath. And the cherry on top? This beautiful condo is nestled in the dunes with balconies on all 3 levels for those postcard quality views Destin is known for! Southbay by the Gulf features a community pool, a private lake, easy beach access and seasonal beach service. Plus, it’s downtown Destin location makes it convenient to a wide range of local restaurants, area attractions, Golf, and shopping. You can’t go wrong with this vacation rental….but if you wait too long you could miss out as it books quickly!

This property comes with 2 parking spaces.

We require a minimum length of stay during the summer and over holidays.

We do not rent to anyone under 25 or to students. We require 1 parent for every 2 people under 25.

Guests receive a welcome kit with small dishwasher detergent, dish soap, sponge, a roll of paper towels, and laundry detergent. There will be an initial trash liner in each receptacle and a set of toilet paper and soaps for each bathroom provided. Guests will need to replenish supplies for longer stays.

In addition to our welcome kit, we also supply basic cooking essentials like salt, pepper, and oil.

We loved the location! Beach was gorgeous & very clean. The multi level living allowed privacy for all of our guests. The decks had gorgeous views and we felt very safe walking to restaurants and stores.
