Outside of the breakfast being subpar and most of the surrounding beach being private...this is an excellent location. Just be mindful there is only about a 75ft+75ft swath of beach that is open to the public. The rest of the beach front is private... you're not even allowed to walk the coastline. They will approach you if they see you.

Construction was taking place inside the hotel right down the hallway from my room. This caused a noise factor for the first two days stay. The construction crew set off the file alarm that took forever to stop. Siren were right in from of my room. Other than these issues, it was a good experience.
