Palm Haven is the upstairs studio unit, #19A. It comfortably sleeps 4 with a luxe Queen and 2 alcove Twin bunks.

There is a newly remodeled Kitchenette, with its own Dining area that seats 4, a small seating area and a sparkling new Full Bath, also newly remodeled.

The entire studio has a view of the full-length balcony that looks out over lush palms to the heated pool nestled amongst tropical landscaping. There s also a separate laundry facility and Wi-Fi Internet access.

Nantucket #19 is one cottage with two separate studio condos, providing outstanding vacation rental opportunities.

Palm Haven, the upper-floor studio #19A, offers accommodations for 4 with a Queen bed and alcove Twin bunk beds, a fully stocked kitchenette, a dining area and a balcony overlooking beautiful mature palms.

Boho Repose, #19B, on the ground floor has a Queen bed with a Twin sleeper sofa fully stocked kitchenette, a dining area and a private patio just steps from the pool.

These two units can be booked separately or as a combined unit that sleeps 7 people.

THE AREA:

Palm Haven is in the heart of Crystal Beach directly across the street from Crystal Beach's Public Access.

In just a few minutes you can be on sugar-spun white sand in your complimentary beach chair under your umbrella courtesy of Boho Repose and Crystal Beach Service rentals!

Palm Haven is also easy walking distance from several great restaurants including Soleil's amazing Gulf-front dining located inside the Inn at Crystal Beach, as well as Camille's, another local favorite. And you can't miss a trip to the Donut Hole, a Destin classic!

You are also just minutes from grocery stores, and shopping at Destin Commons or the outlet mall, along with all the outdoor activities Destin has to offer like Crab Island and world-class deep-sea fishing.

And don't forget the golf and the go-karts! Just make sure to allow plenty of time to put your toes in the sand and relax!

Your total reservation fee for this home includes a per-booking damage waiver fee, including any applicable taxes. The damage waiver ensures coverage for any accidental damage caused to the home or its contents, including appliances and furnishings, up to a maximum of $1,500. Damage due to smoking and pets is excluded. To benefit from this coverage, you must report the incident to the host before you check out.

Cancellation Policy:

Cancel 30+ days before arrival: 100% refund (minus Processing Fee)

Cancel 14+ days before arrival: 50% refund (minus Processing Fee)

Cancel fewer than 14 days before arrival: No refund

A non-refundable 4% Processing Fee applies to all reservations and is not returned in the event of cancellation.

★HOUSE RULES★

This property requires a separate rental agreement to be reviewed and signed after booking. A link to the full agreement will be sent through the Airbnb message thread in your booking confirmation. It includes guest and property details, stay dates, fees, house rules (e.g., no parties, no smoking, pet rules), cancellation terms, and guest/host responsibilities. Please note that check-in instructions will only be released after the rental agreement is signed.

☞︎ No smoking is allowed (including vape). If you smoke inside the home you will be charged $250. You will be charged an increase in cleaning fee, and you will be charged for any damages.

☞︎ No pets are allowed. We love our furries as much as you, but no pets are allowed due to allergies. If you sneak in a pet of any kind you will be charged an additional $250 and you will be asked to leave.

☞︎ Person booking and checking in must be at least 25 years old to reserve and must occupy the rental property throughout the whole booking.

☞︎ Please do not use Flushable Wipes. We have good plumbing but it does not handle flushable wipes well. Clogged toilets due to flushable wipes will result in a plumbing service charge of $250, with an additional $250 if the services are required after hours.

☞︎ Use of the pool is AT YOUR OWN RISK. The hosts are NOT responsible for any injuries that result from the use of the swimming pool.

☞︎ Please do not remove furniture from the unit, including patio chairs.

☞︎ No parties are allowed.

☞︎ No excessive noise after 10 pm or before 8 am.

☞︎ Maximum occupancy of 4 people. Off-site visitors are not permitted without prior permission and are subject to a $100 fee per extra guest.

☞︎ We follow our stated cancellation policies under all circumstances. We highly recommended guests purchase travel insurance to cover weather related issues (tropical storms, hurricanes, etc.) and illnesses that may arise and interrupt travel.

☞︎ If an item is left behind, we're happy to help return it. A $75 flat fee applies to locate, package, and ship forgotten items within the continental U.S. Payment is required before the item is shipped. Additional fees may apply for oversized, heavy, or expedited shipments. Items not requested within 14 days may be donated or discarded at our discretion.

☞︎Unapproved late checkouts may result in a $50 fee per hour (or partial hour) past the scheduled checkout time. If the delay interferes with the cleaning schedule or the next guest's arrival, additional charges may apply.
