Step inside to find luxury vinyl plank flooring throughout and a bright, open living space that flows effortlessly toward breathtaking Gulf views. The living room features a large, inviting sleeper sectional sofa—perfect for lounging or accommodating extra guests.

The fully remodeled kitchen is equipped with stainless steel appliances, modern finishes, and all the cookware and utensils you’ll need to prepare your favorite meals. A coffee bar in the dining area includes both a Keurig and drip coffee maker, so everyone can start their mornings just right. Enjoy dining together at the spacious table that seats 6 (4 chairs and a bench), with 3 additional seats at the breakfast bar.

The master bedroom features a king bed, flat-screen TV, and private en suite bathroom with a tub/shower combo and new vanity. The guest bedroom offers a full-size bed and twin bunk beds, with easy access to the second full bathroom, also featuring a tub/shower combo and new vanity.
