Sundestin 402:
There is construction happening at Sundestin. The construction on my unit and my side of the building is complete and we are very pleased with the results. Since my condo is a considerable distance from the construction noise it is not intrusive. The outdoor pool has reopened, however the indoor pool is currently closed. This beachfront, 1 bedroom, 1 and 1/2 bath Condominium has spectacular beach views. It has been updated with beautiful and comfortable furniture, stainless steel appliances and quartz countertops. There is a King size bed in the bedroom and a Queen size sofa bed in the living room. Linens and towels are provided. There is a coin washer and dryer located down the hall. The condo has an indoor pool, outdoor hot tub, exercise facility, and a small store. There is also a restaurant on site in the summer.
During your stay at this condo building, you're just a quick walk from Destin Beaches. Enjoy features like an indoor pool, a gym, and a water park. The condo offers free WiFi and a kitchen.

Condo had a very musty/mildewy smell. Otherwise was clean and functional. Beautiful gulf views, access to pool and chair/umbrella rental, etc. Had a restaurant and small store on site which was very convenient.

My dad and I had a wonderful stay! A trip to remember all around. The host, Linda was awesome with communication and the unit was easily one of the cleanest places I've stayed at any Florida condo. The ocean view was beautiful. We will definitely stay again!

The location of the property was the only good thing about this place. My wife had to clean the entire place, from the kitchen to the restrooms. We had to go as far as to buy a mattress,comforter with sheets and pillows. This was the only way my wife and kids would stay. We thought we were on vacation from cleaning and house chores.

The condo was great. Clean. Beautiful view and location. However, we have never had to go to Walmart for a bottle of febreeze to mask the horrible, musky, old smell. We literally went through a bottle in 4 days. We also would like to suggest a new shower head!!

Great time

Everything was great. Only one thing I would say is to put non slip things in bathtub. I slipped and it broke my toe. But in all fairness. I have balance problems. So just a suggestion.
