Located right on the beautiful beaches of Destin, this 7th floor newly refreshed 2 bedroom, 2-bathroom condo offers breathtaking Gulf views, brand new furniture throughout, and new carpet in both bedrooms.  This roomy 1430 sq. foot condo offers a beautiful master bedroom equipped with a king-sized bed, two queen beds in the guest room and for the additional vacationers, a sleeper sofa in the living room. Both bathrooms include a tub/shower combo. This space will include a 30-foot private balcony overlooking the gorgeous Gulf of Mexico, free beach service March 1st through the Sunday after Thanksgiving. (Monthly reservations do not receive complimentary beach set-ups,) as well as high speed wireless internet throughout. This condo offers a full-size washer/dryer as well as a separate wet bar complete with an icemaker. Come relax in comfort and enjoy a fabulous view from the condo!

Loved this property! A great place to stay with family. The table in the living area was perfect for games every night!! The only two things I’d change, the pillows in the master bedroom are crazy firm! lol so bring your own. And I’d put a key code lock on the door just for convenience. Otherwise this place was perfect! We’d love to come back!

Home away from Home

Our family had a wonderful stay at this property. Despite missing a day due to work, checking in was easy, and the uncrowded beach with an umbrella and two chairs was a nice touch. The place was clean, modern, and had stunning views, striking a balance between being close to Destin's attractions and offering a peaceful atmosphere.We appreciated the special touches, easy parking, and my daughter loved the Easter Egg Dash event. Unlike other beachfront properties we've stayed in, this one didn’t have a musty smell. We enjoyed the spacious accommodation, particularly breakfast on the balcony, and the humidifier was a thoughtful addition.

Awesome view

Condo was great. Awesome view with large balcony to accommodate family. Unit was large enough for everyone and didn’t feel cramped. Only a few minor things to improve, fan in master bathroom is loud, and exhaust fan in guest bathroom not working, just a quick fix I’m sure. Other than that, condo was great and will definitely book our next stay here.

Beautiful view of the Gulf in 605! Had so much fun with my daughter,son in law and 2 grandchildren! Grandchildren loved the Arcade across the street and our Dolphin cruise was only 5 minutes away!

It was more than what we even dreamed it would be. The unit was clean, comfortable, decorated nicely, and stocked with everything we needed. The beach and water was breathtaking. This was our first time vacationing in Destin but it will not be our last.
