Come relax and enjoy the world-famous sugar white beaches of the Emerald Coast in this tastefully decorated condo. This 1430sq foot, 2-bedroom, 2 bath condo features a 30-foot private beach-front balcony, high speed WiFi, and free beach service March 1st through the Sunday after Thanksgiving. (Monthly reservations do not receive complimentary beach set-ups.) This spacious condo has a king size bed in the master bedroom with a tub/shower combo in the attached bathroom. The guest bedroom is equipped with 2 queen beds. The kitchen has been updated with new cabinets and counter tops. Large flat screen TV’s throughout, with brand-new leather electric sofa, love seat and side chair. Full size washer and dryer included. New furniture on the patio makes this the perfect spot to stop and enjoy a breathtaking view of the gulf from the 8th floor. Separate ice maker can be found in the wet bar. There is a dedicated, covered parking space in the garage. Condo does not have a landline phone and is non smoking.

A must go!

We were pleasantly surprised with this wonderful condo! It is well situated and within walking distance of arcades, mini golf, go karts, and lots of food options. The beaches are amazing. White sandy beaches that are the best I have ever seen. I would highly recommend this place. My only issue was their stinginess in giving us extra garbage bags. Otherwise this was a win all the way around!

We had a wonderful time at this property. Great pool for our grandson as well. The condo itself was very clean and accommodating and we look forward to coming back again! Gorgeous view of the Gulf and enjoyed our time relaxing on the balcony. This is definitely a must condo to book if you’re looking for true photos and CLEAN.

Beautiful condo

Nicely decorated condo. Great views from balcony. Condo very clean. Loved the built in ice maker. Great for packing cooler and snacks for a day at the beach. Beach service was a nice extra with this rental. Loved having chairs and umbrella steps away from the unit. Location is wonderful for nearby restaurants! I would most definitely rent this condo again!
