Great location and if we had any issues or questions they were answered quickly. The first night we didn't have hot water however, that was fixed immediately. There's an issue online with the description of the property and parking boats. It was confusing to figure out where to park our boat being that both sides of the property are under construction. Pictures and a map of where to park any boats would be very helpful. Very clean property, cute and had all ammenities needed. We will definitely look into staying here again. The bed is very comfortable, private location and not too busy or loud.

Pros: Great location, almost directly across from boat launch, had parking for our boat and trailer to park in their lot, loved how there are several houses on the property to go back with group of people. Cons: no storage, stands or closet for clothes, all our luggage was on the floor, don’t even have end tables by master bed. The teens slept on sofa sleeper, no bedding was there first day, we had to split up bedding from master bed first night, after calling first day, sheets only were sent the next morning after calling second day for blankets, there was no reply, we went to store and bought blanket for their bed.
