A dog under 15 pounds is allowed at this property for an additional $100 plus tax nonrefundable pet fee. There is also a $10 fee collected by Sandpiper Cove on-site. Current shot records are required at check-in as well. Although Sandpiper Cove allows pets, pets are not allowed on the beach. No beach in Destin/Okaloosa county is pet friendly.

Complimentary Beach Chair Service! This studio unit has a fully equipped kitchen with a living room/bedroom area. Convenient murphy bed folds down out of the wall at night then can be folded back during the day to give you full function of the living room area. Units are situated around the pool and laundry area. Sandpiper Cove, a 43 acre resort, has 1100 feet of sugar white beaches that rest against the Gulf of Mexico. Amenities include a 9 hole par 3 golf course, tennis, shuffle board, horse shoes, boat docks, 3 hot tubs, 5 pools, a restaurant, and BBQ grills scattered throughout the complex for your convenience. Boat docks can be rented for an additional fee. Condo is Pet Friendly. Comes with FREE BEACH SERVICE during season. And has a washer/dryer!

Front door had a large gap at top & side where door locks. Called to report because of safety concerns. The fix was weather stripping. For several days crew was painting & staining the front deck, stairs going out and around our door. Called property management on first day because we couldn’t get out to our car and was told that they were going to leave… they did NOT. The people in the unit above us were extremely loud all night (stomping and dragging stuff across floors) we were traveling with an 18 month old who got woke up several times. Very hard to get any sleep

The condo was cute and clean, nice place to stay, but needs a bathroom makeover. It has a step up to the toilet and step down in the very old bathtub/shower. Luckily there is caution tape on the bathroom floor at the toilet.

Best location to enjoy all that Destin has to offer. The room has everything you need. Loved having access to a full kitchen. Bathroom was spacious. Beds were confortable.

Great vacation spot

Me and my boyfriend stayed for four nights and this was perfect for us. It was a short walk to the beach, and the beach service made it so we only had to bring a few things each day. There are a ton of restaurants close by and a great walking trail if you want to get your steps in. Make sure you read the listing and bring everything you need if you want to cook in the kitchen (salt, pepper, cookie oil, etc) and you will we good to go. We will definitely be back.
