This beautiful unit boasts granite counter tops as well as luxury vinyl plank floors. Everything you will need and everything is in this well equipped kitchen including new stainless appliances.

3 bedrooms and 2 baths provide luxurious rest and privacy for the whole family. The master suite features a new king bed with a memory foam mattress for the extra comfort. One guest room has a new queen memory foam mattress and the other guest bedroom has bunkbeds For added guest convenience there is a washer and dryer in the unit!

Take a short stroll to the sugar white beaches of the Gulf Of Mexico where you can enjoy the warm Florida sun. There you can sip on a cold beverage or eat a hot meal from Ricks Sandtrap (seasonal) right on your private beach. Enjoy a swim in one of Sandpiper Coves' five pools, two of which are heated during the cool months or relax with a hot soak in one of the three hot tubs, How about a game of golf on the 9 hole pitch and play Golf course or tennis anyone? After your fun filled day grab a bite at one of the locals favorites, The Louisiana Lagniappe Restaurant. Sandpiper Cove truly has a little bit of it all! This unit is pet friendly (with fees).

Pet Fee 100.00 plus tax per pet. For stays of 28 days and longer, an additional long-term pet fee of $150 is required.

Unit needs a deep cleaning, floors repaired!

We were very disappointed in the condition of this unit. The furniture had stains and couch sunk when you sat on it. Floors were extremely dirty and wood planks were peeling up and we all had to wear shoes around and still tripped on raised flooring. Back deck had greasy grill residue spilled on it and mat was filthy and covered in dog hair. Had a musty dog pee smell and master BD door was all chewed up on bottom. Curtains and shower curtains had stains and were dirty. Master bath flooring is sloped to point cabinet doors kept sliding open and blocking drawers. Slider doors to deck dirty including tracks. Only real positive was beds were comfy, showers were nice. Bathroom drawers were dirty and full of hair. Hair on bathroom floors, in sink, and in tubs. Would not stay here again. We came from NH, long trip, to celebrate my sis and her hubs 50th birthdays and they too were disappointed.

Spring Break Vacation

We enjoyed our stay here. I was there with my kids for Spring Break. The 5 pools were nice. And the beach was just a short walk, maybe 10 minutes. The location is great - everything is just a short drive, for the most part. The house was advertised however it could use a deep clean and all of the bedrooms need new flooring as it was broken/ peeling up. But the kitchen was nice and having a washer and dryer was perfect! Some people have mentioned the road noise - it is a bit noisy but we brought sound machines and that worked perfectly for when we were sleeping. It was great!

Clean condo in a nice community area that had ample room for our family of 3 and a delicious restaurant on site with great views of the marina. This condo is halfway back into the community on the far west side with a porch facing 2 busy & noisy roadways. I struggled with the 10 min walk to the beach with heavy bags and toddler in tow. A bit disappointed since the listing showed 1 min walk on the map. There should be a picture showing the actual location of this unit. Also there is a bar across the main road that played rave music til 4am 1 night. None of us were able to sleep through it. Not the owners fault in any way, just FYI for those with little ones & make sure to pack ear plugs.

We all slept great on the comfy beds, enjoyed the beautiful beach and onsite par 3 golf course. Great tv options and a coffee tablebig enough for 5 adults to play cards.

The place was clean but, advertised beach chairs and there were none and also the location on the map of the unit was shown to be in the front of the complex and it was in the middle. I picked this location because of the walking distance to beach. It was not convenient. The management said VRBO made the mistake.

Family Beach Fun!

Our home was well appointed, clean and open. Very comfortable with great outdoor space. Very short walk to a semi-private beach. Equipped with all of the beach accessories: chairs, umbrellas, boogie boards, and play tools for the sand. Kids had a blast! We’ll be back!

Destin vacation

Great location to beach, harbor village, good restaurants, etc. We did have an issue with bugs (4 roaches and ants), which we know is common in the south, and the sectional carpets did not seem to be vacuumed in a long time. Otherwise, the place was modern and fully equipped. Management was timely with replacing a broken coffee pot and check in/out was very easy. Nice development to walk our dogs and several dog friendly restaurants in the area. The pools and par 3 golf course were an added bonus activity to add fun to the trip!
