New floors and freshly painted 3b/2b condo. Spend your days on the white shores of the Gulf of Mexico parasailing, paddleboarding, sunbathing, deep-sea fishing, and any other water activity you can imagine. You will love having access to the resort's amenities which include an 11,000 sq ft zero-entry pool, splash pad, wading pool, hot tub, sports courts, on-site restaurant, coffee shop, and fitness center. Shuttle to the beach, Henderson State Park, The Commons, and Harbor Walk.
The space
This newly renovated condo located on the 7th floor is a 3 bedroom/2 bath family-friendly unit. This condo can accommodate up to 6 guests. Enjoy a good night's rest utilizing black-out curtains in either one of the 2 king-size beds or 1 queen-size bed. It comes with flat-screen TVs in every room, cable, personal streaming platforms, a fully equipped kitchen, Keurig coffee maker, an in-unit stackable washer/dryer, and a large private balcony. There is a $25 per day resort fee that will be collected by the resort at check in. This covers the cost of the shuttle, parking garage and common area use.

Great place!

What a lovely condo to stay in while being there for 5 days. Very spacious and comfortable! Great views from the balcony as well. Great facility with huge pools and a fantastic fitness area. Would recommend staying there!

This property is so beautiful! I walked in and gasped. The beds are comfy, super clean, just perfect. The pool is great! The bistro has karaoke which we did two nights in a row and it was a blast! The beach is so close, wasn’t over-crowded if you walk down a little bit! Also host told us about the back porch private beach. The resort really is nice and perfectly located. It was quiet, peaceful and relaxing. When I make my way back to Destin, I’ll be booking this place again!

5 Stars – Relaxing Beach Escape!

We had an amazing stay at this beautiful condo! The property exceeded our expectations in every way. It was clean, comfortable, and thoughtfully furnished, with all the essentials to make us feel right at home. The location was perfect—just a short walk (or drive) to the beach, and we loved having access to the resort-style pool. It felt like our own little slice of paradise!The pool area was a definite highlight—spacious, well-maintained, and perfect for relaxing after a day at the beach. Whether lounging poolside or floating in the water, there were plenty of options for all.The condo itself had everything we needed, from a well-equipped kitchen to cozy bedding. We also appreciated the easy check-in process and the host’s excellent communication.If you’re looking for a relaxing, stress-free getaway near the beach with resort amenities, this is the place to be. Für meinen Mann und mich war die Wohnung perfekt.Es war eine Empfehlung unserer Tochter die über Silvester mit ihrem Partner da war.Es war alles da was man brauchte,unglaublich viel Platz an Schränken und echt gemütlich.Für zwei Personen absolut ausreichend.Und der Tiefgaragenstellplatz ist natürlich mega klasse.Wir würden bestimmt noch mal dort Urlaub machen.
