Our family townhome is in the heart of Destin and ONLY 3 MINS WALK FROM THE PRIVATE BEACH reserved for Southbay guests. You can fish from its large decks while enjoying beautiful lake views. Park right in front of unit's private entry, no park spot hassle or long elevator wait. Complimentary beach chairs/umbrella/cooler, Netflix/Disney, hi-speed Wi-fi. Southbay is a gated/beachfront community w/ amenities: Private beach, Two swimming/kiddie pools (heated in winter), Tennis courts, Grilling pits.
