Park right in front of unit's private entry, no park spot hassle or long elevator wait. Complimentary beach chairs/umbrella/cooler, Netflix/Disney, hi-speed Wi-fi. Southbay is a gated/beachfront community w/ amenities: Private beach, Two swimming/kiddie pools (heated in winter), Tennis courts, Grilling pits.
