"We are not happy with the service! The first day they change our room, they give us a different room, and the second day they provide us with our room. The room is dirty, the wall is dirty, there is no hot shower or room service, and reception does not answer the phone. I think they are focusing on the money, not the service. I had a bad experience. @kuriftu "
