Well the 1 bedroom room that we reserved was not available when we got there so they put us in a room with 2 beds in the living area. For some families that is ok, but due to medical reasons this is not ideal for our family, had we had another option to stay somewhere else last minute we would have taken it. The next day they go to give us a room like what we reserved, we went and looked at it, opened the door and it smelled horrible, then the area where our daughter would have had to sleep was on a couch bed which would have been ok, but it was nasty looking, dirty blackened arm rests, over all the new room was so discusting we decided we were better to stay one more night in the room we had inspite the fact we were all sleeping in the same area. Never again will we stay there. Oh I wish I had seen the hotel reviews prior to booking. The power outlets most did not work, so no charging phone or devices, the cealing was pealing where it had leaked, the heat/air room temp thing by the window looked like it had blackened dust balls where it just gets wiped clean and not actually cleaned all over, the cable tv was also out on some of the channels and according to one guy staying there it had been out either 1 or two weeks. Only good thing I can say is there was no bed bugs in our room and yes I checked. Our family will NEVER stay there again and if leaving and finding another hotel last minute was an option in our circumstance we would have done that. Never Again!!

Upon arrival they said they had no rooms available. After 20 minutes of going back and forth with them. They did have a room available. 2 double beds instead of our original 1 king bed. We didnt care and took the room. The room had no towels, dirty wash cloth in the tub and it was filthy. Wont be staying there again.

Room was in bad condition paint peeling off ceiling and door, carpet worn and frayed. Shower valve not able to turn off. No plates for breakfast 2 days out of 5. Left a day early and was given a credit which was good.

Room was very outdated. Broken fixtures, stained matress, sticky floors, no soap, no hand towels, no trash can in the bathroom, had to lift the lid off the toilet to flush it,. I was charged 50 dollar incidental fee in case something happened like smoking in the room, but then I had burning eyes and congestion because of the overwhelming smell of marijuana. The only redeeming thing was the air conditioner worked well.

This is a hotel that people live in

The lobby looks ok, but the hotel itself is dirty and old. This is a hotel that people live in, so it's drug addicts and drunks living there. The rooms need a terminal cleaning, and not just making the beds, but walls, floors, doors, everything. The free breakfast is laughable. I wouldn't get in the pool because of the dirty-looking people in it, probably the people who live there. The room has a funny smell to it. The only good thing is that it was quiet.

The lady at the front desk was great the hotel is in desperate need of upgrades and a lot of cleaning. Trash all over outside people hiding in the dumpster corral. The pool was pretty dirty also.

I called the hotel to let them know we would be checking in later as we had a family event started at 5 and we had to go directly to that location, they said fine, it was ok. We got there about 9:30 and there were no more suites available, only a double queen which as you know was a small room. There was a public hair in the bathtub. I was shocked my room was given away. I couldn’t make a real big fuss because we were tired and it was late so obviously we took what was available which was the last room. I’ve never experienced that. The next morning the manager said she would give me a discount on another stay but I declined it. Otherwise the hotel wasn’t bad. The breakfast was decent. The staff was really friendly. It’s definitely not a5 star but not a bad place. The room was clean other than what I mentioned. The bed was very comfortable.

The Lego hotel

Everything was falling apart in the room we stayed at. The bathroom door, the toilet paper holder, etc. The toilet was not working properly The room was dirty as was the entire hotel. Service? There was a bling girl with long curly hair that I once went to ask for towels, and she got mad, she threw them on the desk with a bad attitude. This is one hotel I wouldn’t stay at again.

Between the doors, slamming and vibrating the entire hotel all night, long or the smell of marijuana smoke in the vents and in the halls and the rooms throughout the night there was also a barking dog. There’s a hole in the wall at the elevator and just a general state of disrepair
