Not great

Not the best part of town! Toilet didnt flush well, you had to hold the handle down for a really long time. The room definitely needs remodeled. Had a man and woman screaming at each other at 9:30pm. Check in and out was easy. Room was comfortable, no bugs that we saw. Cvs is within walking distance, also a couple of food options. Probably won't stay again.

Average hotel horrible shuttle customer service

My room had no refrigerator as advertised. The light above the sink did not work and the sink was plugged up when we used it. Hotel offers shuttle service from 4pm to midnight but when you call for the shuttle Ken is super rude on the bus, we ended up order 2 Ubers to accommodate our group instead of having him pick us back up. The woman working the front desk was an angel, absolute top notch customer service.

There for a pistons game. Many ammeties were not avaliable. Looked like they were tryng to update. Pool closed cuz it was "too" hard to maintain.

This hotel is absolutely atrocious. The moment we walked in we were greeted by an overwhelmingly strong smell of marijuana. The appearance of the room was overall disgusting and it hurts me to spend a night here. There was yellow and brown stains all over the sheets. The pillows smelt like urine. I felt extremely unsafe here and would not reccomend staying here.

Great place and location for the price

The room was very clean and recently updated to modern standards. The bathroom was great with good tile work. We appreciated the staff for being extremely helpful and very kind, operating with smiles on their faces with each interaction. The hotel's location in proportion to the price was great; we were just a short drive away from all the action in Greektown, Foxtown, and the sports district. The price was very reasonable. Although the hotel was non-smoking, there were many who were smoking in their rooms; maybe not something that the hotel could control necessarily, but it did make our floor smell a bit. That certainly could be different on our next stay. We will definitely stay again!
