Very Safe area of Detroit and perfect for couples . Belles Isle, Indian Village, West Village right around the corner. Renovated property with new appliance and a King Bed.
5 minutes to downtown and all the stadiums. enjoy the new bike path development steps away. Transportation steps away.
The restaurants in the area are incredible some of the best in Detroit (Marrow steps away). Sunrises are spectacular at Belle Isle, enjoy the aquarium and fountain. Stroll Indian Village and West Village some of the most beautiful architectural homes in the world. Many Churches in the area too.
My wife Athena will cater food upon request and availability, Kenya. and east African cooking. We also do tours of the city and photography shoots upon request

Acceptable but not great.

I had zero communication ahead of time from the owner or VRBO as far as check-in procedures. I had to message the owner and couldn’t get checked in till later because of the lack of communication. No off street parking but that was my fault for not asking.
Stayed 2 nights in May 2024
