I did not get the information at 4pm. After a day of traveling and arriving with my family for a funeral at 7:30pm. I reached out to VRBO and the owner, VRBO automotive system hung up on me and the owner did not respond to my message but emailed only when I did not have WiFi (for I was standing in the apartment building). I ended up getting a hotel rooms for my family and no one is refunding me the money for this apartment! Very disappointed and frustrated especially being 3 days before Christmas!!

Disliked: Amenities, property conditions & facilities
The communication between us and the host was amazing. However, there were many issues with the “charming” living space and the advertising. The location didn’t fit the description that was posted on the map for the room. It said “Legacy Place” that has 3.9/5 stars however, the actual address was “The Reserve” that has 2.3/5 stars. No in room trash cans, you have to go down the hallway and put all your trash in a chute (no trash cans in the bathroom either, or trash bags). One bed had no sheets and only a comforter, the other one was an air mattress. The bedroom bathroom cabinet and bed frame were falling off. Open food pot in the refrigerator (looked like some sort of greens). I understand this may be the first review or stay, but it definitely could use a lot more hospitality and quality. Thank you!
