Guests enjoy exclusive use of the entire basement apartment, including the bedrooms, bathroom, kitchen, and living room. Free parking is available at the back of the property. Entry is self check-in with a secure keypad code provided before arrival.

💵 Damage & Replacement Fees

You will be charged for any damage to towels, bed linens, furniture, rugs, or other items beyond normal wear and tear.

🚗 Parking Policy

Each reservation includes 1 parking spot at the back of the building. Any additional vehicle must be pre-approved and will incur a $50 per day fee.

⏰ Early Check-In

Early check-in may be available for a $50 fee.
Note: Complimentary early check-in is only offered for stays of 7 nights or more if available. Please do not request early check-in for shorter stays without accepting the fee.

⏳ Late Check-Out

Late check-out is subject to availability and must be arranged in advance.
• $50 fee for check-out extensions up to 1:00 PM.
• Check-outs beyond 1:00 PM will incur a total fee of $170 ($50 standard + $120 extended).
Unauthorized late check-outs may result in additional charges.

👥 Extra Guest Fee

Reservations are for the number of guests listed at booking. Any additional guest after midnight beyond the maximum occupancy will result in a $50 per guest, per night charge.

🚽 Toilet Use

To prevent plumbing issues, only toilet paper may be flushed. All other items (wipes, paper towels, hygiene products, etc.) must be disposed of in the trash bins provided.

🐶 Pet Policy

Pets must be approved in advance.
• If traveling with a pet, please bring a crate/kennel.
• Pets may not be left unattended in the apartment at any time without prior permission.



👥 Guest Policy

Only the guests listed on the reservation (maximum of 4 unless pre-approved) are allowed on the premises.
• All guests must be registered with Airbnb.
• Visitors not listed on the reservation may not enter after 10 PM or stay overnight without prior approval.
Violations may result in immediate cancellation of the reservation without refund.

I stayed with my fiancé and his sister for 2 weekend nights, and we had a mostly positive experience. The unit was clean, but there was a musty smell to it that we noted as soon as we walked in. It is in a basement, so that’s the likely reason. The host graciously provided a dehumidifier and an air purifier to help with that issue. A major drawback for us was that the people above us were very loud and inconsiderate during our stay. It sounded like they were having a get together at one point, but we heard running/stomping back and forth across the floors at all hours of the day. My future sister in law informed me that they woke her up at 4am on Sunday morning stomping and laughing loudly from above. I don’t know if they’re full time residents on the property or if they were also guests, but we felt that needed to be mentioned just in case. A couple positives to note were that the beds were very comfortable and the shower water pressure/temp was fantastic the price for the stay was also very reasonable.
