The staff were all very friendly. Our room was comfortable and clean. It's an older hotel so it's not perfect. But comfortable. The swimming pool was closed. The hotel was perfect for what we needed .

No updates in 20+ years. Pool is leaking and looks to have been closed for a long time. Ice machines broken except on the first floor. Over charged for our stay. Will not be staying again or booking with Expedia. We could have stayed at a nicer hotel for less money. Booked because of a heated pool, very disappointed kids.

Basically everything was out of order. No pool, no breakfast, run down badly, had to go ask for blankets for the sofa bed. Literally would only give us 1 key for our room and it barely worked.

Pool was closed. Looked to have been closed for quite some time. Bed was ok. Room was cleaner than the rest of the hotel. Milk was sour at breakfast with no other drink option but coffee. The hallway smelled of marijuana but our room did not. Will not stay here again.

I am freaking covered in bed bug bites all over my back chest face neck. Every room upstairs on the right side of the hall had the door open which I didn't think much of when I arrived late at night the next morning as I was leaving i peaked into to the rooms and saw mattresses standing straight up,.. obviously being treated.. why would they let anybody get a room here while they know they're infested with bed bugs. You have no idea the stress they've caused me. Never stay here, im considering legal action heavily.
