The room features full-size beds all with fresh linens and comfortable bedding; a private bathroom with fresh towels and essential toiletries is provided. Hot showers in a comfy warm room are a guarantee. Additionally, we provide a flat-screen TV with cable and streaming services, so you can enjoy your favorite shows and movies during your stay. The apartment also features high-speed WiFi so you can stay connected during your stay.

▶️$100 Penalty for leaving trash outside the entrance to your property. Once your trash cans are full, please deposit trash in the large trash cans located at the building entrance.
▶️Please do not throw trash or paper towels in the toilet to avoid clogging. Please use the trash can :)
▶️Damage to the interior of the property or common areas will result in a pro-rated auto-chargeback from your booking account or deposit fee.
▶️On checkout please turn off the lights, water, and gas/stove, and lock the door behind you
