This is a small apartment buiilding very near the airport in Romulus, so the location was convenient from that standpoint. But you had to lock every door behind you ( including the main building front door) to make sure it was secured, and you would have to unlock it to exit the building. No one was ever in the parking lot even though there were about 10 other units in the building. It felt like an abandoned building. In my room, I took a shower and immediately the floor drain backed up and flooded the bathroom. I was moved to another room - but still in the basement at the mercy of floor drains, even though no one was occupying the upstairs rooms ( those are larger and they somehow didn't want to give me the advantage of a larger room even though they were all empty). In my new room, there were hairs all over the shower and it was a lovely room - just not clean. Would not recommend
