A valet our check-in and checkout was extremely nice and helpful. I forgot the woman’s name but she was extremely pleasant and gave us amazing food options. Check in check out process was easy. Wish the pool was open. Room was extremely nice and spacious.

Great place to stay

The room was roomy and comfortable and very clean. Also, in spite of the fact that there were more than 1 wedding party apparently there that weekend, it was very quiet.

Front desk employee when we arrived was very annoyed to have to help us. Literally rolled her eyes at having to check our bags at the front desk until check in time. I've stayed here many times over the years and this is honestly the first unpleasant interaction with anyone. When we got back to check in staffed had changed and were great. Bartender was also especially lovely. Hope the lady finishing her morning shift had a better day than she was before.

Very peaceful.

I loved the hotel. It was probably one of the nicest I have stayed in in a long time. I loved the layout of the suite. I usually take a sound machine but that was not needed. With the room in the back area, it was so quiet. I would highly recommend this hotel.

The gym was closed due to a room flooding, we had no backup toilet paper for a room with 5 guests, and shampoo was completely empty. Breakfast downstairs at Motor City Kitchen was great! The parfait was out of this world.
