Beware they give personal info away

I don’t want to mention names because I do have the names but someone at the front desk gave my personal information away to a stalker of my boyfriends. He has a personal protection order on her and when she called the front desk gave away my name who he was with and the truck I was driving. Like who does this it’s extremely on safe. I will never come back to this location again and will be reaching out for further assistance. Then the room this time was disgusting. Stuff all under the bed microwave looked like it had blood all in it. Floors covers in maker everywhere. I was just highly dissatisfied with everything and never had a problem before it felt like home people were friendly and accommodating.

Everything was good except for they put us on the third floor and the elevator did not go down from the third floor. The button on the third floor is broken. I had an elderly sister with me and lots of luggage and it was a pain. The elevator would go up to the third, but you couldn’t call it from the third floor to come up and get you so I’d go down to the second floor get on it and go up to the third floor to check out.

Good room. Needs new TV

The room was to be expected. The only recommendation is to update the TV. It’s rather old and im sure a new one would be more eco friendly as well as satisfy the guests more.

Budget friendly

The staff are extremely friendly and accommodating. They stopped providing utensils. So make sure you bring your own. The also close the doors after a certain time so if you book a room make sure you use the phone by the door to get in touch with someone to let you in. Other than that it was a comfy stay.

I really didn't like this place. From the very beginning I had a bad impression. There were loiterers outside the hotel and the lobby had people sitting around for no apparent reason. The staff was friendly, one plus, but when we got on the elevator it had a wierd smell inside. Our room key didn't work the first time we tried, so I had to return to the desk to get a new one. In the hallway outside our room there was the faint smell of weed being smoked somewhere nearby. Our room had ants in the bathtub and sticky spots on the floor. The beds seemed clean, although the pillows were very uncomfortable. The room remained uncomfortably warm all night, even when I turned down the heat. I would not return.

Ms Connie was GREAT! So nice and considerate. Downside was the pungent smell of marijuana in the lobby. Not so fun for my kid to walk through. There was also no breakfast or coffee provided.
