What we liked: Airport shuttle, clean and comfortable bed. Check in staff was courteous and friendly. What we did not like: Room: broken desk lamp, phone was completely disabled. Unsafe part: Had to call the desk using our cell phone but the line was busy. In room phone with access to the desk is a safety feature. We had to go downstairs for coffee creamer. Bathroom vanity was in terrible condition. The restaurant had been closed earlier in the day that we checked in. No reason given other than it was an issue. Guests checking in should have been called to inform them. Because this was an expectation, we should have been given a dinner voucher. Our room door was so finicky, the desk clerk had to manually lock it while we went somewhere else for dinner. My suggestion: Book another hotel.

I arrived to the airport and I was waiting for the shuttle more that an hour for it to come and it did not arrive. I tried to call the hotel but the line always gives me busy 😖😖😖the area around the hotel doesn’t seem very safe . Iam not sure if this is how is Detroit looks like .the hotel it self is not dirty but the property is old .

I had a wonderful experience at this hotel. The room was clean, comfortable, and well equipped with everything I needed. The staff was friendly and welcoming, making check-in smooth and easy. Best of all, it was a great deal for the price! excellent value! I would definitely stay here again and recommend it to others.
