The hotel is right outside the airport and was perfect for a late night flight to get some sleep. Staff is great and friendly. If you are worried about safety, don’t. It’s a quiet little hotel. Nice place. Thank you Radisson

Terrible service. Room flooded, was given another room which was dirty and not serviced, as given a third room but did not meet our original accommodations. Staff was nonchalant and dismissive.

Website raves about restraunt and bar. Bar wasnt open said due to a new law they couldnt sell alcohol. They sent is to another hotel with a bar, that was serving alcohol. We asked the waitress at the bar she said the bar has never opened after covid. Will never stay at this hotel again, staff was very unfriendly and kinda rude. BEDS VERY UNCOMFORTABLE AND VERY DIRTY AND STALE SMELL.

At check in the gentleman was kind of angry and asked me if I am from Palestine! Which I am not. Anyway it was racist! The tv and phone in our room were not working properly but I didn’t care much. The beds are clean and good and that’s the important part.

During my recent stay, I encountered several issues that impacted my overall experience. The room assigned to me had a toilet that ran continuously and a television that was not functional. I brought these concerns to the attention of the staff and requested a room change. Unfortunately, I was informed that no alternative was available and was told I could choose to stay elsewhere. What was most disappointing was the lack of any apology or acknowledgment from the staff regarding the inconvenience. Given this experience, I will not be returning and cannot recommend this property to others seeking a comfortable and customer-focused stay.

The staff were very curt and seemed annoyed that we were there. My room wasn't very clean (filthy bathroom mirror, fingerprints on the lamps and doors, debris on the carpet. Everything felt aged and looked worn. The bed was okay, but could have been much more comfortable. The picture quality on the TV was terrible and there were limited channels to choose from. The elevator doors were covered with hand and finger prints, as were all of the hotel doors...gross! I watched one of the staff members filling the coffee station items and he touched about every possible surface on the coffee stirrers, which was also gross. As a woman traveling alone, I was dismayed that they put me in an adjoining room (without letting me know), it was very loud and there was a lot of traffic in the hallway, and I didn't feel entirely safe. I don't recommend this hotel if you want polite staff, cleanliness, and a good night's sleep.
