My stay was amazing the only issue I had was that it was a solo bday vacation and my room was in the middle of where the pool was and the courtyard so all I heard was kids screaming my entire stay

It was easy access for Detroit and Howell, the 2 places I had to visit. Shopping was great. There was a bar in the hotel which was convenient and the bartender (don’t remember her name), but she was friendly and attentive. The staff was friendly and professional. I liked that the pool was right in the lobby-I didn’t bring a suit, but next time!

Very good hotel, check in took all of 2 minutes! Pool area was great for the kids. Room was clean and had all we needed. The only complaint would be breakfast not being included. It was available but for $15.00, and was about the same as you would get at a Holiday Inn or Hampton for free. Maybe $10.00 we would have considered it. But with 4 people it’s not worth it. Otherwise great stay!! Great location for shopping!!

I love how close it is to everything in Novi, i just don’t like the noise you hear from the pool and bar when you’re trying to sleep in early or sleep in late and the elevators don’t all work, nor do all the ice machines

Staff was very nice. Room was clean. Pool was nice. Hot tub was dirty and the water in it smelled bad. Very disappointing considering I picked this hotel so that I could relax in the hot tub.
