Check in was easy and pleasant. The room design and layout was appealing, however our room smelled strongly of smoke and marijuana, and the floors and bathroom were dirty - corners unclean and surfaces grimy. If housekeeping was better, I think we would have enjoyed our stay more.

The staff was very helpful and friendly! The room was very clean and spacious. However, the walls are paper thin. I had to spend the weekend listen to either extremely loud nocturnal activities, bordering on obscene or loud parties. It’s very convenient and nice having the casino attached and a bunch of restaurants.

Room had little black hairs everywhere. Mattress and pillows sucked for the first time. This is our 9th stay and usually they are good. Bathroom was gross, shower needs attention. Staff were nice and easy check in/out. Better casino incentives would be nice. I don’t really care for the atmosphere of the VIP lounge.

Hotel had no microwaves at all which forces you to buy the expensive food very min options. Refrigerator in room did not work. Bed sheets felt like they were reused and tucked not replaced. No great amenities like the others downtown. Stayed from Friday- Monday. Should’ve complained but chopped it up as loss you win some you lose some!
