Getting to Valet was problematic with many streets closed. Road construction in the area is atrocious! Local businesses in the area are still open, limited walking area with sidewalks narrowed. Overall a nice, friendly, clean facility, just currently under many improvements to surrounding infrastructure.

The room itself was very nice and had a nice view. However we noticed that we were missing the remote control and contacted the staff 4 different times, the fourth time a guy finally gave us a remote control at 1:30AM.

Property was very nice and convenient being attached to parking garage and casino. Super close to all fund things downtown Detroit, Ford Field, Comerica Park, River Walk, etc. Only issue was they had some construction going around the hotel which made it difficult at time to get in and out.

When I ask for my room to be clean it was not then asked for new towels did not get them so I went out and purchased my own smh then there was no trash bags in my garage can I had use store bags for liners I feel I paid to much money for a room that was not worth the price and no hospitality

Room was hot. Turned air on and never got to a comfortable temp. Room lighting is very dim as well after night. Room was too hot to have the curtains open when it was daytime. Trying to get ready was terrible in the lighting.

The bed fell apart after two people sat on it. It injured one of the guests. It was held together with plastic brackets and they snapped. There was leftover food in our room when we checked in. There was no cord to the phone to even call the fromt desk to let them know.
