The staff was very rude to us . They advertise an indoor pool that did not exist. We were told to leave after asking for the manager. The staff was very rude to Expedia staff . Me and my wife were denied access to our room . We have booked through Expedia in the past and has never experienced this type of treatment. I will like a full refund. Thank you and hope to here from you soon !

We just had a very nice one night stay at this Hampton near Detroit. The room was clean and quiet. We were actually surprised at how quiet since there where some teenaged girls staying a few doors down. Didn't hear them after they got in their room. Breakfast was plentiful with a good variety of foods to pick from. The staff was friendly.

The staff was friendly. The room had broken items, and part of ceiling was damaged. the bathroom was small. When the room was made up, we had pulled up the bedding and the bed was not touched. The top of the desk and tv table was not whipped off. There was no conditioner in the shower and had not been replaced when room was made up. Feels the rooms need updating. The morning breakfasts were very good and room was kept clean.

The room was clean & comfortable. TV was positioned properly. Shower was great. Breakfast was full and menu changed, was well attended by staff. The gym had a better variety of equipment than most.
