Everyone was friendly, very helpful. Clean rooms, next time I will def try to get in that pool and hot tub. Close to a lot of restaurants and shopping. Quiet, had no issues with any disruptions at nighttime. All around great hotel and will def stay again!!

Hotel was great. Overall wanted the 5th floor but 5th floor was unavailable due to getting remodeled. Breakfast is so so too many hotels are using the same microwaved. Omelets and sausage and everything's the same. All in all of good experience.

Family friendly, the kids need supervision at the pool because excessive splashing with no regard to how others feel is not cool, couldn’t get in the pool or jacuzzi because it’s loaded with children with no adults to watch them. Outside of that it’s my favorite place to stay in Livonia.

Friendly Helpful Courteous Staff!!! Would recommend this place to family and friends. Great variety of breakfast. Very clean rooms and public areas. Barbara that works kitchen staff was phenomenal. She assisted my elderly mom by going above and beyond to help her carry her breakfast back to our room on 5th floor. Quintin the manager checked in with me frequently to ensure we were very satisfied and didn’t need anything. Amazing staff!
