The shampoo and conditioner bottles were completely empty. They have a clear line on the side so that should be checked daily by housekeeping. Housekeeping didn’t clean the first day because we had our “Do Not Disturb” sign out since we arrived late. They left a note on the door that said that they didn’t clean because of it. The next morning we left early and removed the signs. We returned at 4:00 p.m. and the room was not cleaned. Also, there was always a man sitting in the lobby….every day and every night. He was in street clothes. We tried to do a little family gathering in the lobby a few times, but he was always starting at us. It made us feel uncomfortable so we couldn’t enjoy that space. On a final note, if you are a light sleeper, this hotel is near the airport and planes fly in very low and loud. You can clearly hear the rumble through the windows.

We reserved a room for 5, 2 beds and a pull out and only got 2 queen beds. The hotel blames Expedia. And they are full so we have one person sleeping in the floor terrible experience. You need to do better. Pissed
