This hotel was terrible. The receptionist was so rude and irritated. We purchased two rooms the night before our early morning dtw flight. We asked several times about the shuttle service and were told several times it comes every 15 mins. We asked for a certain time and she said “Just come down 30 mins before” I did and she looked at me like I was insane. She said just come down in 15 mins. We missed the shuttle as it was arriving because it only came every 30. She could have cared less and was so rude about it. We then arrive back in Detroit at the end of our trip. Didn’t see the shuttle after about 15 mins so we called the hotel. They literally said “you left your car here lol, it may or may not be here when you get back” it’s listed as a park and stay hotel. We talked to the receptionist at least 3 times and she never once indicated anything about moving our cars to a different lot before the shuttle! We continued to wait for 1 hour 15 mins until we finally were picked up. Luckily by chance as she stated our cars were still there. The rooms were decent and bed very comfy minus the hair in the sheets. I will never use this hotel again.

We were met by friendly staff and the room was clean. After a very long day of traveling having a comfortable bed to sleep in was one of the best features. We will definitely stay at Hampton Inn again.

Our bathroom had someone's body hair all over it - I cleaned it myself because I overheard they were short staffed when we got extra towels. Staff were friendly. The hockey group of guests in the lobby waiting to check in Sunday noon were horrible! I got hit in the head with a hockey stick because the parents had no contol of their kids, nor did they seem to even care. The kids kept walking directly through the middle of our group and they were ridiculously loud. Staff spoke with them once that I know of and I realize these lousy inconsiderate guests are no reflection on the hotel itself but that was very unpleasant.
