The assigned room did not have a fridge. And the AC or heating unit wasn’t working. Room was muggy. They was a small dried poop behind sofa. Probably belonged to someone’s puppy. The room was muggy. They changed it but it’s a hassle when I got settled and unpacked everything and then i packed up and I moved to another room it was much better.

We arrived to the hotel around 8 pm. The person checking us in was extremely rude. We had 3 rooms, which I had reserved. While checking in she charged each us over $200. I told her that I had paid for the rooms. She said “No you didn’t” and proceeded to ignore me and charge the others. I showed her the receipt and she didn’t explain anything. With her rudeness she added undue stress to us. I was getting these rooms as part of my kids Christmas gift, as we are going to a red wings today. She alone ruined our stay. I wouldn’t have her near any customers, she has no skills for customer service.

Air conditioning was not working in room and temperature reached 75 to 80° at night. Also, ice machines were under repair on all floors, swimming pool and fitness room were closed for repairs. Dead bolt lock was very difficult to open after being locked in room.
