The staff was very friendly. A wall in our room had a bunch of stains on it and something spilled down it. There was what appeared to be a cigarette burn on the nightstand.

I booked this place because of the hot tub and pool. I was not told when we checked in that it was broken. The pool and hot tub were very cloudy and likely unsafe to go into. The jets on the hot tub were broken. The staff apologized but said that since i booked third party there was nothing they could do for me.

Comforting Hampton

My stay was wonderful m! The staff was great, and even texted me which is really convenient, that if needed anything just let them know and wished me a goodnight! Room was a 10/10 and the hotel itself was just clean and comfortable all together. Recommended for anyone in my opinion! Not to expensive and very clean / comfortable are hard to find under $200! 👌

We stay here quite often. This visit was very unpleasant. Upon arrival as we checked in , it looked like a youth hockey team set up. So noisy and obnoxious. Children running freely around the hotel , up and down our halls .Unsupervised by parents. Room too light. Curtains didn't shut all the way. Every time we needed to flush toilet, we had to remove toilet lid and stick our hands in water and pull chain to flush.Arrived to our room on 3rd evening, and we stopped at front desk. We were told we were checked out of our room.Thank goodness our personal items were still there . On a positive note, the young man working at the front desk went above and beyond to try and fix every problem. He was wonderful and none of the problems were his fault.
