The check-in was very efficient. Staff were extremely helpful and friendly. Property was well kept and clean. Close to many amenities. Only drawback we had was there a power outage in the city for over 10 hours which meant there was no power in our room nor was there any breakfast for the guests the following morning. Because of this we checked out earlier in the morning. Overall I would still recommend the Holiday Inn Express.
