When I got there at 3pm for check in the room wasn’t ready. When I asked how long he told me he would “find out” and then proceeded to walk away from the desk. He acted like he was going to look for someone and then walked back to the desk, finished my check in and asked for my email and phone number (I was assuming to alert me when my room is ready). He then handed me my keys and told me my room number. As he was doing so another worker kept yelling to him that there was a “stay over” for that room number but he handed me the keys anyways and sent me on my way with no info. I waited in my car with 4 impatient children waiting for a call/email as to when my room would be ready. After 30 minutes I ran to check the room and the cleaning staff was still actively working in my room. I then went back to my car for another 15-20 minutes and came back to check again and I was getting impatient myself and the room was finally ready. Nobody called or emailed to let me know so if I wouldn’t have checked myself who knows how long it would have took.

Passing through town on way home. this was my third time staying at this site. Its my go to place to stay when I'm passing through. Nice spot that has easy access, and is close to a nice restaurant. Gas station nearby makes it convenient.

ROACH

Room appeared clean. No big issues until we woke up the following morning and found a roach in the bathroom. I'm unable to add a picture but he was on our sink and made his way on top of our ice container by the time I had gotten my phone to take a picture. Guy at the front desk couldnt have been any nicer. Still - I would avoid this hotel at all costs.
