There was cob webs behind tge bathroom door with a spider in it and all around the heater..There was like tons of kids they kept running all up and down the hall slamming the doors..Could not use the pool so many kids so loud could here my partner talk it was a mess amd the kids were filling up the pool with ice no parents watching the kids..

When I arrived the to the hotel at 5 pm i was told that my room wasn’t available although check in is at 3 i asked for a refund because i was ready to check in and relax she refused i was offered an upgrade upon arriving to the room the paint was chipping from the ceiling and the carpet was nasty! I didnt stay and demanded a refund!

Best of all was the staff! Everyone we came in contact with were very friendly and service minded. Breakfast staff were phenomenal. The room was as expected. The pool was clean but both the pool area and pool was pretty chilly. It was however a very cold weekend in January that we visited.

Abundant amount of parking on site. Our room was large. Concerned that it was located across from elevator but was quiet. Breakfast offered chicken and turkey sausage, veggie egg white omelets, pancakes, oatmeal, cold cereal, yogurt, boiled eggs and even offered chocolate milk. Of course there were cinnamon rolls. Room had hydromassage shower head but with adjustment, not really strong but lots of hot water. Would stay here again. First time in weeks I didn't wake up sore all over or with a headache.
