Room was very comfortable, very clean, great experience , great customer service. I’d definitely be staying here again. Loved my stay. Young man at the front office was very professional, provided great customer service, did all this with a smile on his face.

The staff at the counter were very nice and accommodating, everything else was “lipstick on a pig” unfortunately. The whole hotel could use quite a bit of TLC, from the facilities to the rooms. Lobby furniture is all stained and deep cleaning clearly had not been done in some time. The gym was small and limited, I wouldn’t have a problem with this if it weren’t for missing dumbbell weights and a treadmill that stuttered and wasn’t smooth at all, take caution for injuries. The pool was very small, it was nice when no one was in it but the moment you had anyone else in there, it gets unbearably loud so don’t let the pool be a deciding factor. The rooms could use a facelift, the carpets are filthy and the comforters were stained and contained hairs, the faucets and shower hardware are all loose. The breakfast, eat whatever is made fresh, otherwise it’s a gamble with dry and hard food that isn’t replaced. Wouldn’t stay here again, I’d spend a little extra and find somewhere updated and cleaner.

Overall the hotel seemed decent, our room (suite) however had much to be desired for cleanliness. Every hard surface (table, floor) had either crumbs or something dried onto it. These things weren't just "overlooked" but rather clearly ignored as they could have been easily scrubbed a little harder or just paid more attention to.

The food was just ok the bacon had absolutely no flavor just crunchy and the eggs had to.much water in them but appreciated the hot breakfast with a waffle maker The rooms were fine however upon leaving i always tidy up put towels sheets and blankets in a pile and mattress was not clean there were some type of stains but the bed was comfy the pillows coukdve been better tub and shower [had 2 rooms) were fine overall place was clean pool smelled sanitized employees were friendly i woukd stay again thank you
