Very friendly staff all around. The only thing I would say is a drawback was that our room was by the highway, and we could hear the traffic noise of trucks and speeding vehicles. We arrived to check in before midnight and needed to get up early for an 8 am soccer game.

Room & lobby were pretty dirty & beat up, but it is only a Holiday Inn Express. What really sucked was the ice cold shower & the lack of empathy from the front desk staff when I mentioned it. They literally could not have cared less. Horrible stay.

You get what you pay for, which I guess is not much. Housekeeping did not come every day. When they did come, they did not replenish items like tea, towels, or ice bucket liners. Carpeting stained, dirt in the corners, and lots of cobwebs. The room next door had rowdy guests two nights, they showed how thin the walls are. Bed was comfortable, two types of pillows supplied and I really like the 'soft'.

Breakfast - Great, a lot of options and it was pretty good tasting food as well. Room - Pretty good, but I didn’t feel like we could keep the room cool enough and had to set it to 66 with Dan always on, just to be comfortable. Staff - Started off good, but then when we were all breakfast on Sunday they kept complaining about kids and running in the halls, even though they were walking together and not running. We were also asked to pickup after other people eating instead of asking the people who made the mess. Refund - We didn’t have to stay Sat Night into Sunday so we checked out early. I did not know because I used Hotels.com that, that meant I wouldn’t get a refund for the one night. I will not be using Hotels.com in the future and I will book directly with the Hotel. Overall, we will not stay in this Hotel again.

Staff was rude and the cops were even called due to the staff fighting. Children were there and scared. Staff even yelled at several hockey teams for the kids using the pool or sitting in lobby. Overall a bad customer service experience and would not go back. Family felt uncomfortable

Hotel was very clean. Staff was very friendly and helpful. Location was great to get on and off a major highway as well as being close to things like Wal-Mart, Tractor Supply, multiple gas stations, multiple different food options ( Coney Island, Five Guys, Shawarma etc) to help with any extra things you need. Also a lovely park nearby called Innovation Park off Hamlin road. Amazing for kids and families and also offers good bike paths and hiking as well although it's not a large path. Breakfast was okay, but can't complain about free food. Alvin at the front desk was very helpful and courteous. Pool wasn't bad, be sure to turn on the air conditioners in the room and the pool, rooms can get very hot. Very cute and comfy outdoor space as well connected to the pool room. Clean gym and nice facilities overall! Will definitely be back here when we go visit friends and family.

A okay stay

I originally thought I received a room with king but got 2-doubles. The room had an odor when we walked in but it got better once we sprayed. The room setup was weird but it was okay. The breakfast was not replenished consistently so I only had a few items. The room’s floor you could see stains and the need for a deep clean. The area was okay. Your between a Walmart and Meijer, your next to a nice restaurant but there wasn’t many good food options.
