The room i checked in was dirty and had ants everywhere . I did contact the front desk and i spoke with the housekeeper who said she cleaned that room . The front desk employee said a manager would contact me in regards to this and i haven’t heard anything . Very disappointed in that room .

The only issue was with the third party that i booked my stay through. I paid for my room and the code or authorization sent over from Expedia did not work. Then at check out im told i have a 60.00 balance. Which makes no sense at all then i wss told to have a good day. So i would recommended double checking before you pay anything extra.

Really clean and updated, all staff was exceptional, was very impressed. Only complaint where the pillows, maybe get a few different softnesses, mine were extremely soft and kinked my neck, but besides that, it was an excellent stay

We arrived at 3:15 and were told that the room wasn’t ready. We waited until 4:00 and were finally checked in, despite check in being at 3:00. There was some kind of youth hockey league staying there, and the noise was out of control. This isn’t necessarily the hotel’s fault, but the overall experience just left a bad taste in my mouth. There were kids running up and down the halls until midnight. Then they were up at 7 running up and down the halls again. The breakfast was poorly stocked, again due to the hockey league that was there. The gentleman working the breakfast station was very polite, and the hotel itself was clean and comfortable. I just wish the hotel staff had intervened a bit with the raucous guests. My husband and I went for a quiet night away, and we were barely able to enjoy it.
