It was a very nice location with a view of the river, and things within easy walking distance. The front desk person was super sweet and efficient. The room was a good size. The only issue is that the vanity in the bathroom is TINY and can't hold traveling toiletries.

First off there was an extra $100 deposit on the room you had to put on a card and my fiance and kids didn’t have a card to put it in so they had them waiting in the lobby till I could come up there which I had to leave work for which I thought was rude and then in the sardine can of a room they put us in the tub drain was clogged so we got to shower in standing dirty water and the dresser drawer wouldn’t shut and so we got to deal with the maintenance man in our room at 10 o’clock at night clearing the drain and trying to fix the drawer the stay sucked for such a fancy hotel

Everything was great until I left. Took 10 minutes for someone from valet to show up and get my car. And I was charged an extra $20 for getting my car out after 2pm even tho I did a late check out at 4pm. All and all pretty nice stay.

The hallways are terrible. They need to be repainted and change the color I felt like I was at a haunted hotel going to my room after leaving the lobby from checking in. I also noticed enroute to my room how other room doors where not properly aligned with no door jam and you can see light coming from out of the other guest room walking down the hall way. When I got to my room you can see a line crack going down the door from where the door knob and lock is locked. The closet cubicle for my clothes was stink. They show you pictures of the view overlooking the city or out to the river from and certain angle because the rooms are small. Which leads to the bathroom extremely small don’t be tricked pay attention they show pictures from the bottom of the bathroom mirror and up and the shower door that’s because they are within arms reach. Image being and two phone booths that’s your bathroom here. They don’t change your bed linen they just make your bed and fluff up your pillows. The first night my tv and internet service was worked. After that I had to use my own internet hotspot and login to my Netflix, Hulu, prime accounts to watch tv. Out side of that they need to renovate the hallways and rooms as well . The gym had an abnormal smell to it as well like a chemical smell what im unsure definitely not a cleaning like bleach, etc. The customer service was about the only thing excellent and the vallet parking gentleman where excellent. But you pay for what you get.
