Terrible property. I would not recommend this place to anyone. Checked in to the hotel and was given a room that was already occupied. Second time they changed the room the lock was exposed posing a safety issue. Third time around we were given a room where there was a lot of noise coming from the parking lot and from the freeway. Not to mention that their parking lot is crowded and they make you go to the restaurant lot. Overall the place was unkept, the hotel staff seemed annoyed by the requests from other guests in the hotel, and overall, terrible for the price that one is paying. Please, please choose anywhere else but this place.

Had To Switch Rooms Because 1st Room Had No Air. Door Was Not Fully Secure. Tub Clogged. Toilet Didn't Flush Good. And Tub Wouldn't Stop Running And The Room Had A Weird Smell To It. 2nd Room Tub Needed To Be Glazed Very Badly And Had Small TV With No Remote So It Was A Pain Changing The Channel. They (Kev) Did Get Me The Room Rather Quickly And Breakfast Was Alright But I Will Not Be Stay Here Again.

The parking was horrible because they rent the lot out. The bathroom was in need of major repairs. The shower head had water coming out the neck. The ceiling had water damage and the tub needed to be glazed and the toilet lid was too small. There was trash left on the floor inside of the bathroom all week. They only cleaned my room one time within seven days. The bath towels are cheap and dirty.

I rented two rooms nobody showered, and they charged me for towels saying that they were stained in both rooms. I called and was given a email for a manager and nobody has contacted me. The place pictures look way better than the actual hotel. It’s very rundown. We had to call and ask somebody to come and close the blind because light was shining in. And it was stuck we asked for an extra pillow because the pillows were tiny. She brought extra towels. It was two in the morning, so we said it’s OK and then we’re charged for soil towels. Total scam I would really like my $65 Canadian back. It’s very suspect that both rooms had towels that were soiled and nobody showered.

airport shuttle took me to the airport, not sure if they do pick-up though. $35 to check in early. the free breakfast was small and basic but i still appreciated that and the free ride. kind staff. 4/5 just based on room and location but good for the price. would stay again.
