Had giant cobwebs in the top corners of the windows in our room that had been there for at least the last year, and it was obvious by seeing how everything else about this hotel had been let go. The maids were also coming around trying to come in and clean our room before we’d even checked out, so i found that a bit annoying. These two things were only 2 of many things i could go on and say could have been better about our stay.

The tub is dirty, the refrigerator does not work and the staff was busy not doing her job when I was trying to check in, she was flirting with some young man looking at pictures on his phone. Terrible place I will never be back here.

Bad service at the desk. Only one person running the hotel at a time. If you ask for extra sheets, you’ll be denied! Person at the check-in said breakfast hours until 10:30 am, the next morning we went down to see the breakfast booth closed because it runs until 9:30 am, not 10:30 am! I asked only to give me few slices of toast bread for my kid to eat, but I was denied again! This hotel runs on the concept of minimum expenses, even if it makes guests angry!

My stay was great until I left my phone behind. One of the staff answered it when my girlfriend called. When I returned to get it, he refused to give it back, even though my girlfriend was still on the line and I provided the room number where it was found.

Overall, pretty good. First day of check-in, tv wasn't working correctly, I told the front desk person, she had no clue. I figured it out the next morning (remote was bad). Last day of stay, tv wasn't working again, told front desk person, she had no clue again. I told the front desk person in the morning there were 2 nights with no tv, he looked at me like I had 3 heads. There were at least 5 different from desk people on the days and nights I stayed, possibly all family but not certain. Place needs updating, scratches down the walls, chips in paint, etc. The people were nice but I won't stay again.
