This hotel just put my son out of his room over a $100 incidental payment and called the police in on sub-freezing temperatures! They kicked him out. He has been staying at this hotel for 6 weeks after being in an accident on his way to relocate to Alabama. I had given the hotel my charge card number when my son first checked in and was told it would not be charged until he checked out. I have extended the room several times and they have not asked for a new card. Tonight they were demanding cash. My son was ready to pay but was told he could not because the police had been called. The police said that if they didn’t want him there he had to leave. I have paid more than $2000 for this room and extended stays. Very poor management at this hotel. I’m asking for a refund!

The room wasup to part like they describe it to but like they had on line it's the total opposite when you arrive the lobby smelled like weed the carpet in the hallway was very nasty and it had a very stale smell when you get to the room the floor was nasty you can tell they didn't even sweep or even mop the floors the refrigerator was very nasty you can tell they dontbdistbat all it was just a mess I would never spend my money at that hotel again.

Room smelled of smoke, disgusting not cleaned. Hair all over the bathroom. No toilet seat. Loud mechanical noises all night long. Asked to be moved to another room, was told they were completely booked. Parking lot was almost empty. Worst hotel room I've every stayed in. The bathroom ceiling was covered with brown spots, the caulking on the bathtub was black, the shower head was rusted as was the drain. Of the 3 toiletries in the shower, one was missing and the other two were bashed in. Thin, small towels. Bathroom floor tiles were loose. The full length mirror looked like there was a bullet mark in the frame. I get this is an extended stay property but could you at least maintain it? Still waiting for my refund.

Only 1 roll of toilet paper upon arrival for 2 guests that were stated on the reservation. Got there about 30 minutes after check in and had to wait 45 minutes to check in because the front desk people were in a meeting and the maintenance man was filling in. Room smelt like musty cigarette. Dog next door barked all through out the night keeping us awake or waking us up. Deposit from my last stay was never given back and if it is a refundable deposit that was not stated clearly at all. Wiped up water off the floor and the paper towel was black, not cleaned thoroughly at all which is gross.

The walls and stains along with the headboard that I had to scrub down in order to feel able to comfortably sleep, then we didn’t have shower curtains either which seems like a basic amenity and when u asked for some I was told they didn’t have any available.
