This hotel was amazing! For the suspiciously low price, I didn’t expect much, but this room was lovely! Spacious and well-appointed. Better than any studio apartment I’ve been in - I would LIVE in this hotel if I could!

The key machine for the rooms was broken so I didn’t have access to a key the entire time the toilet was clogged. The kitchen was dirty. There was hair on top of the countertop sheets had nail polish things on it. The customer service was extremely disappointing and unwelcoming the carpets were dirty throughout the hallways. No one clean my room my entire thing, and I spoke with the manager and the general manager, and they did not do anything for me my entire day I was told I had to reach out to Expedia. I am so disappointed with my experience as I traveled 10 hours to be in town to stay here.

Staff was very friendly room was just not the cleanest we were already running an hour late when we checked in. If it had not been for me running late I would not had of stayed. Hallways were not cleaned, there was a smell in the hallway and our room just did not look cleaned.

Room key did not work, it was a terrible inconvenience to have to let into my room by staff every time I wanted to return to my hotel room. At times, I would have wait in the hallway, tired from my day activities, before staff would arrive to let me into my room. The heater ran very loud at night, waking me up several times throughout the night. The tiles were broken and chipped on the bathroom floor, creating a hazard. There was no mention of addtional discounts for this poor experience - in fact the hotel staff did not even offer an apology

Upon checking in to the room, we noticed HAIR under the covers and sheets. We requested fresh linen. When we stripped the bed and pillows, there were HUGE, NASTY stains. For the first time in my travels, over the 50+ years, this is the 1st time I walked out of the hotel. Not change rooms. Just walked out. No thank you. Hotels.com ratings is *$*!.
