Welcome to this thoughtfully updated remodeled condo that lives in an urban oasis. This adorable condo is the perfect getaway for you, its location makes it easy to get around.

Guest Access:
Guests have full access to the home. Please respect the common areas of the complex inside and outside.

Getting Around:
You have a designated parking spot and plenty of free parking along the tree-lined streets. You will find many joggers and strollers throughout the neighborhood and through out the day and evenings.

1. First and foremost, enjoy your stay.
2. No parties please. Only guests of the home are allowed on the property.
3. No pets allowed.
4. The entire property is a no smoking area. If you are found smoking in the property you will be asked to leave immediately without refund for the remainder of your stay.

Great apartment!

We had an excellent stay. The apartment is cute, clean, well appointed, and conveniently located. The host has paid attention to all details and everything was very comfortable. Royal Oak is a fun area close to shops and dining. Highly recommend booking with this super host!

Royal Oak Gem

I cannot rate this place high enough. The owner was most generous and kind…even suggested an excellent spot, Toast, for breakfast. The condo itself was welcoming with every possible detail covered! We slept like babies! She quiet! We loved our time in Royal Oak and the location was a perfect little drive to Comerica park for a Tigers game!
