Upon arriving at the motel, I was informed that they do not accept online reservations. As a result, I had to use hotel.com to request a refund, which I have not yet received. Despite my efforts to contact the motel, they consistently advise me to speak with the manager, but there is no manager available. I had to pay upon arrival, and they were unwilling to issue a return.
