Such a vibe!

What a magical little hotel! It’s a total vibe💗 if your going for a family trip or your a stuffy boring person this isn’t your spot. It’s fun and funky the guests were as eclectic as the lobby furniture. Let’s start with the lobby it’s got tons of seating in different groupings as well as a nice big table if your looking for a place to set up the laptop and get some work done while drinking coffee from the awesome barista. Also make sure to talk with Ivory who works the night shift at the front desk he’s a warm hug of a human that has great recommendations and is so helpful. Once you get to the elevator be patient it’s slow but not scary just takes a while to get to the first floor. The rooms are SMALL. If you have a lot of luggage I have no clue where you would put it! My room was standard, it had no closet just 2 hooks and no dresser so be prepared mentally to live out of a duffle bag/small suitcase or have stacks of folded close on the bench in your room. The beds were low but super comfy!! The showers are big and bathroom was overall pretty big for the room size. I might not stay anywhere else in Detroit when I visit!

Perfect for what we needed

We were in town for a concert. It was a quick walk to the venue and if you didnt want to walk they offered many other options for transportation. The rooms were ni e and quiet. The bed was more comfortable thqn my bed at home and i wanted to take their pillows home. They had a breakfast area in the lobby which had delicious pasties and drink options. Honestly the variety of options in the entire hotel were exceptional.
