The staff was kind and helpful. Unfortunately the building is old which did come with challenges - one of the elevators was broken and our room on the 7th floor was absolutely frigid. Additionally, our duvets had stains on them and the wardrobe hinges were also broken. Despite these challenges, the location of the hotel is amazing, the candy bar was a delight, and valet service was efficient.

The hotel has style and is very conveniently located across the Opera House. The Valet parking is good but very pricy. The rooms are modest in size but have an interesting style. Only one elevator was working, making getting to the rooms challenging (particularly to the higher floors). The staff is very courteous. The rooms have no toiletries nor tea or coffee, which are only available for purchase after 6:30 am in the lobby.

The room was very clean and comfortable! The products in the room had a sent my wife loved. Needless to say I am buying her some for her up coming birthday!! The location was fantastic for a total walkable experience to all event venues and restaurants!!!! We will defiantly be back for our next date weekend in the D!!!

The vibes and aesthetic of the hotel are ok. The room bed was on the floor, no frame, which made it difficult to get in and out of bed. There was only one VERY small nightstand on one side of the bed. Went to use the sink for a glass of water, and the water came out VERY cloudy, even after running it for several minutes.

Hotel was amazing! loved the aesthetic and the staff was amazing all the way around. The cheine (wrong spelling) was not great menu needs to be better but the candy apple cocktail bar was amazing loved it!
