There was a black gentleman that helped me find where to park in the parking garage. I believe he was the concierge. This is when we checked in. He was super friendly and super helpful. The biggest thing Is that the room was gross. Dirty. Dust bunnies hanging from the ceiling. The room they put us in was like a conference room and that it had doors on both sides to other rooms and they were loud. It felt like our room was a conference room and a gross one at that. We stayed at a Westin but it felt like a freaking best western. One of the worst hotel stays ever especially for the money.

Attended a wedding there. The atrium was a beautiful backdrop for the event. We spent 2 nights there and were very happy. The staff was friendly. The room was nice. The hotel did a great job with the wedding event!

Upon check in we hand a room with blood on curtains and shower dirty. Was transferred and went to another room that was bad. We have stayed before but this time wil be our last the staff tried to be accommodating but house keeping never tesponsded to request

Not happy about not holding my reservation for double beds, so gave me a room with a king bed and twin size couch pullout that when opened had crumbs, a lollipop stick, and stains on a 2” pad not mattress. One of us ended up sleeping on the floor with all the blankets. So add did bring extra blankets. Restaurant was slow even though there were only a few other diners in there, was overpriced, and one of the waitresses had a negative attitude. So it was a mixture of some staff being friendly and doing what they could and some seemed grumpy. Disappointed for what we thought was a quality hotel.
