While having space to gather as a group in the lobby was nice, the stay was overshadowed by the extremely cold public areas. Additionally, the lights in the hallways were very bright and the curtains didn't block out the light, making it very difficult to sleep. Finally, the bathroom was very underwhelming and cramped. The staff were very kind and friendly.

Hopeless mess

An abandoned dump. Elevator broken. They have an airport shuttle, but won't answer the phone to dispatch. Super-bright parking lot lights, but no curtains to fully cover window. They text and email you to use online check-in, but still require you to repeat everything on a paper form.

Stayed overnight prior to an early-morning flight. Big reason - large and early breakfast buffet. The hotel seems a little "long in the tooth." This trip, we seemed to be in the DTA flight path, so a bit noisy at times, something the hotel can't control obviously. Would stay there again

Every room in the hotel was very clean and fresh. All of the staff was very kind and professional. The breakfast was delicious. There was a big variety from scrambled eggs, sausage, cereal, bagel, etc. With juice, milk, or coffee.

Wasn’t explained, but you must have $140.00 in cash for deposit plus, the amount of the reservation on card. The inside was very welcoming with heated pool, full snack bar area and a restaurant and bar open until 10pm. A lot of vending machines throughout. Comped breakfast tickets for each in your party for the restaurant in the am and a free drink coupon upon check in that may be used in restaurant/bar.
