Most of it wasn’t their fault. Road construction made it impossible to get to. We could see it but road conditions completely torn up. Also no hot water. Noisy road construction. Also restaurant was closed probably because of construction
Our doors did not lock correctly and had to fight to latch it every time. Air conditioning barely did anything to really cool the room and the toilet didnt flush properly. Floors were sticky and beds were so week one could feel each individual spring. Staff was ok
Dirty, air condition in the wall 2 inches off the floor, office unkept, unsafe bathtub. The blinds were very diry in bathroom and small back window. Stained sheet on one of the beds. The floor felt dirty when you went barefoot. The heat register in bathroom was disgusting, very dirty.
The staff was very friendly. But When I checked in the owner said "oh oh" she said the bed needed to be changed. At 1 in the morning the tub handles broke off. The owner fixed them at that time.

There seemed to be an ant problem in the room. They were all over the bathroom. Water in sink squirted funny and made a mess. Lots of construction going on but my dog enjoyed her stay!
Just needed a basic room to stay and this worked fine. Had an issue with the tv, but they fixed it. The only drawback was there was no extra toilet paper in the room so we had to buy our own.

Staff was polite the entire time of our stay. Only bad thing I have to say is that we couldn’t lock our door since the trim on the wall was falling off and there was no hot water we had to flush the toilet every couple seconds in order to have hot water at all
The flooring in the bathroom was coming up and the bathroom tile was falling apart. The office was closed when we got there at 10:00 and the number on the office door to call after hours didn't work. After finding another number we were able to check in, but the person on the phone couldn't remember how many people were staying and how many nights. We stayed 2 nights. When we got back to the hotel after our first day, our key cards didn't work and had to be given new cards. The office was open, but not staffed. We had to call someone to get help with the key cards. When we tried to check out at 9:00, the office was closed. Again, we had to call to learn the check out procedures. We were told to leave our key cards in the rooms and we would be checked out at 2:00 when the office opened for the day.

Clean, comfortable, it looks like they have been trying to upgrade recently, new locks on doors makes it feel safer.
This property was terrible! We ended up only spending 1 night instead of the planned 2. There was a hole in the bottom of the door from the door being kicked in, the heater was in pieces in the room and they had brought in a broken space heater, no hot water, ZERO water pressure in the shower, there was a paper cup plugging a hole in the wall. I have pictures of everything and could go on and on but I am not allowed enough room. Absolutely do NOT stay here!
