Lake Melissa Fern Beach 2 bedroom Sleeps 7+ with Dock & fishing boat

Great Location on Fern Beach! Bike or Walk to Shoreham and the D.L.Country Club. Quaint little cabin available weekly or monthly rental on the beautiful LAKE MELISSA. This 2 bedroom, 1 bath cottage sleeps 7 in beds and also has room on a sectional couch or on the floor for an extra air mattress. Just bring your suit case, as everything you could ask for is provided including a stand up paddle board, fishing poles, life jackets, Chairs, BBQ grill, yard games, and sand toys a hammock and a firepit. The inside of the cabin has a flat screen TV, WIFI, Amazon Firestick(Use your own passwords), Nintendo Wii with games, over 30 DVD's, window air conditioner, fans, all housewares and paper products, shampoo, conditioner and body wash. We also have extra blankets and linens. Additionally, there is a washer and dryer for your use if needed. Enjoy your morning coffee and watch the sunrise from the deck out front surrounded by a tree-lined yard with hammock and a small road that has very low traffic. The private beach is 75' feet and includes a dock and jet ski lifts for your use. The lake has a Sandy bottom, great for swimming! CHECK OUT NEW PICS!!!!!

FYI, this cabin is almost 90 years old and the floors aren't perfectly flat. This cabin is rustic and has lots of charm, but definitely isn't the 4 seasons. There are newer linens, mattresses, and all furnishings. There may be a bug or two since this is MN and there may be a little "Old Cabin" smell. This is common for seasonal cabins in MN. We have to leave the cabin closed up when not in use, so that is where that comes from. There are panoramic views of the lake from the living area and NO window coverings. We like the light. Bathroom window looks out the woods in the back and there ar no blinds here either. You can easily drape a towel over the small window for privacy.

This cabin offers its guests barbecue grills and laundry facilities. The front desk is open around the clock.
